Job summary

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. The role is remote and contract-based, focused on evaluating AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics and providing clear feedback to improve outputs.

You will identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, slides, and spreadsheets, and collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality deliverables while working asynchronously to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Customer success / support operations.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
