Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet for training and updates.
• Comfort with using a company-issued tablet for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores on the route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations; keep backrooms organized.
• Communicate scheduling questions or concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management skills.
• Build relationships with store personnel during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work, assembly, relocation or removal when needed.
• Plan weekly service schedule using the company tablet.
• Work independently and in teams as required.
