Schedule: 2 – 2 – 3 | 5:45 PM – 6 AM

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Internal support certification
Job Duties
  • Safety –Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing required PPE and following all safety regulations
  • BBS Participation
  • Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
  • Meet productivity standards
  • Complete required documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
  • Make adjustments to machinery as needed
  • Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
  • Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader, and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvements
  • Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for a clean and safe work environment
  • Obtain and maintain Operator Certification
  • Train others as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned
