The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and preferred technical training. You will read work instructions, follow schedules, perform quality checks, and maintain safety while building reliable, high‑quality output.

Now hiring for a Machine Operator

Location: Erlanger, KY

Pay Rate: $18+ per hour

Schedule: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM, rotating schedule

Education Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
