Location: Morristown, TN
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Education Requirements

Job Duties
  • Support the production and packaging of finished wet wipe products
  • Set up, validate, and operate automated packaging equipment
  • Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production machinery
  • Maximize equipment performance and production efficiency
  • Perform quality checks and product sampling throughout production
  • Complete all required production and quality documentation accurately
  • Follow FDA regulations and cGMP procedures
  • Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures
  • Demonstrate teamwork and support other production activities as needed

Physical Capabilities
  • Stand for 12-hour shifts with scheduled breaks
  • Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Frequently bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
  • Wear hearing protection in designated work areas
  • Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Ability to safely perform duties in a safety-sensitive position
