• Learn key CES functions, processes, and tasks.
• Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Develop recommendations to help manage high-volume work accurately.
• Create reporting to provide greater visibility into workload and performance.
• Support CES initiatives focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
