JM Family Enterprises, Inc. invites students to join the Summer Internship Program as a Business Technology Intern in St. Louis, MO.

The internship runs May 24, 2027 to July 30, 2027 and offers hands-on experience in system testing, data analysis, and documentation. You will work with cross-functional teams to support technology modernization initiatives and gain exposure to core business processes, testing methodologies, and corporate culture focused on our values.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or other degree-seeking program.
• Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.

Responsibilities

• Execute IVR and Contact Center test scripts during SIT and UAT activities.
• Document testing results, identify and record defects, and assist with validating outcomes.
• Participate in defect review meetings and support issue investigation related to telephony systems and business processes.
• Participate in reporting requirements gathering, report development, and testing activities.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and team initiatives by documenting work and supporting process and system documentation.
