Responsibilities

• Assist with order entry, invoicing, and fulfillment processes.
• Document and map internal processes; develop job aids.
• Review reports to identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support inventory, freight, and intercompany issue tracking.
• Assist with vendor setup and invoice review; monitor EDI issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate processing.
