Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree required, plus directly relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Field Service Engineer and Service Tech teams to ensure successful implementation, installation, repair, calibration and support of hardware, software and network products.
• Build partnerships with other support organizations to ensure profitable revenue growth and optimize customer satisfaction.
