Job summary

Replit in New York City is seeking a Support Engineer to help developers troubleshoot, identify issues, and guide them to effective solutions on our platform. You’ll work on a small global team of support specialists and engineers, using Zendesk, Linear and Slack to keep issues moving and to document findings.

This is a full-time role based in our NYC SoHo office, with a Saturday–Wednesday schedule and in-office Mondays and Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in software development or relevant technical support.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.
• Excellent communication skills and initiative to ask questions.
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical product issues reported via support tickets.
• Collaborate with the Support team and engineers to communicate user needs.
• Contribute to and maintain the Knowledge Base.
• Communicate outages and incidents to customers clearly.
