You will interview, hire, train, and supervise staff, ensure compliance with DDS standards, manage programs, and serve as a liaison between individuals, families, case managers, and healthcare providers.

Formación

• Four years of experience in a professional setting working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, secondary education, or a combination of both.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of 5+ Direct Support Professionals, ensuring compliance with DDS standards.
• Oversee individualized programs, monitor progress, and complete monthly reviews.
• Act as liaison between individuals, families, case managers, and healthcare providers.
