Formación

• Four years of professional experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Experience in human services or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of 5+ DSPs and ensure DDS compliance.
• Oversee individualized programs and conduct monthly reviews.
• Act as liaison between individuals, families, case managers, and providers.
• Maintain on-site monitoring, documentation, and policy adherence.
• Serve as Health Care Coordinator or back-up for routine medical needs.
• Manage benefits eligibility, wage reporting, and bill payments.
• Provide hands-on support including transportation and community activities.
• Promote volunteer and vocational opportunities for competitive employment.
• Provide on-call emergency support for individuals and staff.
