Central State Community Services Oklahoma in Pryor, OK is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Paid training is provided, no prior experience required, and you can start making a real impact from day one.

You will perform hands-on daily living support, assist with meals and medications, and participate in community activities. We offer full-time or part-time roles with weekday, overnight, and weekend shifts, plus benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with toileting needs when necessary.
• Help with meal planning and preparation following nutritional guidelines or prescribed diets.
• Assist with medication administration under physician direction.
• Support individuals in community activities, including volunteering, employment preparation, and leisure outings.
• Offer transportation assistance for work, therapy, and recreational activities using agency or personal vehicles.
• Engage in fun activities like games, reading, movies, concerts, and family visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and individual progress.
