Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking passionate college interns for a 10-week on-site internship at the Support Center in Louisville, KY. You will work 40 hours per week, collaborate with department leaders, and gain hands-on, real-world project experience across areas like Finance, People, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Training.

You will connect with mentors, develop an internship project, and present results to the Leadership Team, while embracing our Passion, Partnership, Integrity and Fun culture.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a BS/BA degree.
• Rising senior with at least 90 credit hours completed.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be 21 years of age by the start of the program.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Available for the full 10-week program, 40 hours per week.
• No previous experience required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Partner and collaborate with department leaders on meaningful, real-world work.
• Research topics and projects related to your assigned department.
• Gain hands-on experience while exploring career opportunities in your field.
• Develop an internship project and present it to the Leadership Team.
• Build relationships with leaders, mentors, and fellow interns.
• Participate in activities and events that bring the Texas Roadhouse culture and Core Values to life.
• Jump into additional projects and opportunities throughout the summer.
