Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Rapid City, SD is seeking Roadies to supervise restaurant operations on a hands-on basis, including occasional non-scheduled support across front and back of house. You will help manage costs and labor during shifts, coach staff, and ensure consistent food and service while promoting a fun, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
• "Hands on" supervision of the restaurant including occasional non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
• Hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
• Ensuring staff follow established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Controlling guest flow and monitoring ticket times
• Enforcing employment policies in areas of responsibility
• Coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
• 100% table visits (if applicable)
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Maintaining culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
• Working during peak hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and implementing contests and incentives for staff

Responsibilities

• Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
• “Hands on” supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to, occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties

• In conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility
• Coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
• 100% table visits (if applicable)
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Maintaining culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
• Working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff

Requirements

Our Roadies are paid weekly.
