Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Support Center representative to join our Spokane team. You will answer phones, emails, and Teams messages from franchisees and customers, create work orders, and help schedule them.

This full-time, in-person role offers an hourly starting rate of $20 plus monthly bonuses, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement. Variety of shifts (6:00 am–5:00 pm), no nights or weekends, paid holidays, and growth potential included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Call Center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and Teams messages from customers and franchise owners
• Scheduling jobs for technicians
• Assisting franchise owners with administrative tasks
• Using online software to manage details
• Working closely with the Support Center Team
• Answering questions from customers about repairs, supporting salespeople nationwide
• Taking part in regular meetings and trainings
