Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer product and service questions and advertise/“wobble boarding” to attract customers
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating information
• Prepare and package food products
• Collect payment and hand out orders to customers
• Resolve product or service issues by identifying causes and providing solutions, expediting corrections and following up to ensure resolution
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Contribute to team effort by completing related requests as needed
