Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, prioritizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our teams make us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Processes merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment; reorganizes merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensures new products are merchandised promptly.
  • Enters all receiving documents into the system, reconciles invoices, and completes store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Processes visual materials, props, signage, and stores stockroom hardware appropriately.
  • Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alerts management to cash supply needs.
  • Assists with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc.
  • Supports boutique cleanliness and organization.

  • Models and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Fosters an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving approach.

  • Performs other duties as assigned, varying by brand.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Works quickly within strict timelines and demonstrates teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.
  • Regular attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. during 1-33% of the shift.
  • Frequent climbing during 34-66% of the shift.
