Position Objective: The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow.

Functional Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers accurately and timely.
  • Manage visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware appropriately.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage, and visual presentations.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. during 1-33% of shift.
  • Frequent climbing during 34-66% of shift.
