We are looking for a Support Associate to support a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment.
• Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure timely merchandising of new products.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and manage store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
• Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Notify management about cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Encourage an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Ability to work primarily standing.
• Work quickly within strict timelines.
• Demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience with visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; use of headsets.
• Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
