Support Associate - White House Black Market

Join our team as a Support Associate - White House Black Market at Chico's FAS, Inc.

Location: 6721 Springfield Mall, Springfield, VA

Come lead with us at our store dedicated to making women feel beautiful through styling and social experiences. The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Responsibilities
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment, and reorganize merchandise to maximize space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and handle store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately.
  • Receive and process visual materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Alert management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage, and visual presentations.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 16 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn new technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; headset communication preferred.
  • Regular attendance and flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are required.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
