Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our teams are the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store transfers accurately.
• Process visual materials and signage, and store hardware properly.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, and signage.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Support and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Must be able to stand most of the shift.
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.
• Demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers and team via headset.
• Reliable attendance and flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
