Position Objective:

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing sales operations functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow.

Functional Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and handle store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately.
• Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware promptly.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Promote and model the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Foster an inclusive, collaborative problem-solving environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work efficiently within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing during the shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing.
