Position Objective: The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, performing sales operations such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and organization. We believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and replenishment readiness.
• Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure timely merchandising of new products.
• Accurately process receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers.
• Handle visual materials and signage, and assist with pricing, markdowns, and stockroom organization.
• Alert management to cash supply needs and assist with visual directives and store cleanliness.

Customer Experience

Model and promote excellent personal service, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote inclusivity and collaboration in problem-solving.
• Seek personal development and feedback.

Other duties as assigned, varying by brand.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.
• Teamwork demonstration.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication using headsets.
• Attendance and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing for 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
