Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our teams are the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment.
• Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers accurately.
• Process visual materials and store hardware appropriately.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, signage, etc.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote inclusivity and collaboration in problem-solving.
• Seek personal development opportunities and feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict timelines.
• Teamwork demonstrated.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers and team via headset.
• Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
