White House Black Market is seeking a Support Associate for Store 3115-Short Pump Town Center in Richmond, VA. You will handle shipments, move products from the stockroom, price items, and ensure inventory supports a smooth customer experience.

We value a detail-oriented, proactive team player who can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role offers part-time hours with employee discounts and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor promptly.
• Restock and update price changes as needed.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with visual directives, floor sets, signage, and promotions.
• Deliver a customer-focused hospitality experience and support teamwork.
