White-House-Black-Marke seeks a Support Associate to work in-store at Store 3095‑Birkdale Village‑WHBM‑Huntersville, NC. The role blends back‑of‑house inventory duties with frontline customer engagement to ensure seamless replenishment and brand‑consistent presentation.

You will handle shipments, restocking, price changes, floor sets updates, and signage while upholding hospitality standards and teamwork. Minimum age 18, with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or stockroom operations preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Capable of bending, reaching, and moving merchandise as part of the job.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: receiving, storing, and ticketing merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and accessible for store teams.
• Restock and re-price products on the sales floor as needed.
• Ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards and visual directives.
• Assist with updating floor sets, signage, and visual displays.
