Job summary

White House Black Market in Houston is seeking a Support Associate to assist on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations. You will manage shipments, stock the floor, and help keep inventory accurate while upholding brand standards and a positive team culture.

You are a proactive team player with strong organizational skills, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.

About The Role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly- processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
