White House Black Market in Richmond, VA is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a customer-centered environment. You will learn product knowledge, drive omnichannel experiences, and support teammates to meet goals while reflecting our brand standards.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
