Senior Recruiter | Recruiting for Semiconductor Industry

Client Note :

• SAP experience preferred.
• English and Korean (speaking/writing) required to coordinate with counterparts in Korea.
• Will require working onsite.

Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in roles such as order entry/management, inventory management, purchasing, shipping, and RMA activities. Preferred experience in a fast-paced organization, technology sector, or similar. Experience in an RMA capacity within a technology company is advantageous.

Responsibilities

1. Manage Inventory: Track shipments, log inbound/outbound activity, monitor inventory at DSA San Jose and other sites, coordinate depletion plans, perform monthly cycle counts, and reconcile inventory.
2. Coordinate and monitor RMAs with Samsung HQ, manage branch transfers, and communicate with technicians, logistics, sales, and HQ to update status until completion.
3. Customer Registration: Create codes in the system for new Shipto customers or update existing customer information as requested by the sales team.

Requirements

• Intermediate skills in Word and Excel.
• Understanding of Inventory and Supply Chain concepts and policies.
• Proactive issue management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills, highly motivated, able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines following policies and procedures.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, capable of producing monthly reports.
• Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure, escalate issues appropriately.
• Preferred: SAP experience, bilingual in Korean/English for communication with HQ.
