As a Life Insurance Advisor at Amplify, you'll help clients develop personalized life insurance plans aligned with their financial goals. You'll work directly with inbound leads—no cold calling—and guide customers through every step of their policy journey.
Responsibilities include:
Contacting inbound leads via outbound calls, email, and SMS
Understanding client goals and creating customized life insurance strategies
Educating clients on term and universal life insurance (IUL, VUL)
Using our digital platform to generate and present policy illustrations
Collecting required information and supporting customers through the application process
Collaborating with internal teams to drive applications to completion
Participating in coaching sessions and team meetings
1+ year of telesales or outbound calling sales experience
1+ years as a licensed life insurance agent (REQUIRED)
Active Life Insurance License in at least one state (REQUIRED)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Preferred but not required:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Knowledge of tax-advantaged financial strategies
Open to weekend shifts
Remote work with fixed schedule
