Customer Support Representative - Remote (Bilingual Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean)

Join Molina Healthcare as a Customer Support Representative, providing exceptional service to our members and providers. Your role involves resolving issues, offering product and service information, and enhancing the overall experience for our diverse clientele.

Job Duties:

  1. Provide support via multiple contact channels, including phone, chat, and email, across various states and products such as Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace.
  2. Conduct surveys related to health assessments and satisfaction.
  3. Accurately document inquiries and resolutions.
  4. Work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
  5. Build rapport and respond empathetically to customer needs.
  6. Meet or exceed performance goals in quality, attendance, and adherence.
  7. Collaborate proactively with internal and external departments.
  8. Take ownership of resolutions and follow-up.
  9. Assist providers with inquiries on member eligibility, benefits, and claims status.
  10. Communicate professionally and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with systems like Microsoft Office, Pega, CRM, Verint, and others.
