Join our team as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) at Daybreak Health. We are seeking dedicated clinicians to provide teletherapy services to youth across California. This role offers flexible scheduling, remote work, and both W-2 and 1099 employment options.

About the Role

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy, collaborate with schools, caregivers, and community partners, and support student success. Current license requirements: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

1. Provide teletherapy to youth as part of our partnership with Kaiser.
2. Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
3. Offer psychoeducation and guidance to caregivers.
4. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development.
5. Contribute to clinical program growth and improvement.
