WellSky is seeking a Support Analyst to deliver procedural support to clients via phone, email, chat, and portal. This onsite role in Overland Park KS focuses on timely resolution of escalated issues across clinical, billing, training, and technical areas.

You will join the Bonafide DME Support team, providing fast, high-quality client service and thorough issue documentation, with some after-hours requirements and opportunities to grow in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years relevant work experience.
• Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing, workflows, or related healthcare operations.
• SQL training, coursework, or practical experience.
