Job summary

WellSky is seeking a Solution Consultant to support sales and business development in closing opportunities. This onsite role is based at our World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS, and will focus on discovery sessions, technical demonstrations, and crafting statements of work.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on revenue cycle solutions across infusion, DME, and post-acute care, collaborating with clients and internal teams to tailor demonstrations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions with existing clients and new prospects.
• Administer technical demonstrations highlighting key features to drive sales.
• Explain how features meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
• Consult with prospects to provide solution recommendations and address concerns.
• Attend user conferences and support the sales team.
