We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!**Key Responsibilities:*** Serve as the subject matter expert for all financial applications and resolve client needs via phone, Zoom, or email.* Host financial management solution training sessions to enable client success.* Create and maintain financial reporting training materials.* Escalate unresolved issues through appropriate processes.* Work collaboratively with solution and engineering teams to identify, document, test, and resolve client-facing issues.* Perform other job duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience* At least 4-6 years relevant work experience* Experience supporting financial operations, billing workflows, or financial software solutions* Working knowledge of at least one of the following financial functions: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), or Payroll (PR)* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex financial discrepancies**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience supporting Long-Term Care (LTC) or nursing home financial operations* Previous software support, technical support, or client-facing application support experience* Familiarity with ticketing or case management systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow* Experience auditing financial discrepancies, month-end close processes, or billing reconciliations**Job Expectations:*** Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed* Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information* Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time#LI-OnsiteWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
