Job description

The Supply Planning Manager will oversee the strategic planning and coordination of Global In-Bound stock in the U.S. This role will focus on developing and executing plans to ensure a consistent and efficient flow of finished goods from the UK and Thailand, aligning with customer service targets and inventory level goals. The position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of supply plans to meet operational objectives.

The Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for…

• Ensure effective execution of supply planning to enhance customer and supplier service levels, while optimizing inventory levels for efficiency
• Create, confirm, and track Purchase Orders associated with Global Brands products
• Inventory management – Overall inventory management along with execution activities & reporting
• Collaborate closely with the Global Supply Chain Planning team to assess when order commitments require expediting, deferring, or adjustments, and ensure timely implementation of these changes.

The ideal Supply Planning Manager should have…

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a commercial mindset
• Extensive experience in analytics and forecasting, working both independently and within cross-functional, matrixed teams while managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in supply chain planning systems and SAP
• Bachelor’s Degree required
