Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Lawrence, MA is seeking a Supply Planning Coordinator to join the Operations team. You will support procurement and vendor management, manage vendor confirmations, and ensure timely purchase order receipt.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor confirmations to ensure accurate receipt and confirmation of purchase orders

• Collaborate with warehouses to resolve receiving discrepancies
• Work with accounts payable to resolve vendor invoice discrepancies (APDs)
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to expedite late POs and improve delivery timelines

Pay Range: $25

Shift: Monday to Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm or 7:30am-4:30pm

Important: This is a temporary position, with the possibility to become Temp-to-Perm
