Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage seeks a Demand Planner to analyze sales trends, market data and inventory to forecast demand. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and operations in S&OP to incorporate promos and launches, monitor forecast accuracy, and adjust models for reliability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in demand planning or related analytics, with SAP APO/JDA and strong Excel, Power BI or Tableau skills. Be part of a fast-paced team in a beverage leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Supply Chain, Statistics, Economics, Business)
• 3+ years of demand planning, forecasting or similar analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting techniques
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, JDA) and advanced Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting data-driven insights

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to forecast demand.
• Utilize statistical methods to predict future product demand.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust models to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with inventory management to align forecasts with stock levels.
• Identify and mitigate stockouts or overstock risks with forecast adjustments.
• Recommend phase-in/phase-out strategies based on product life cycles.
• Incorporate promos, new launches, and market shifts into planning with cross-functional teams.
• Present forecast data and variances in S&OP meetings.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders to align across departments.
• Lead improvements to planning processes and tools for accuracy and efficiency.
