Qualifications
3 to 6 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management within CPG, FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods.
Experience working with co packers or contract manufacturers in multi site or import environments.
Solid understanding of inventory concepts including days of supply, safety stock, lead times, obsolescence, and stock outs.
Responsibilities
Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply plans and maintain rolling supply coverage.
Ensure product availability while optimizing safety stock and inventory levels.
Manage inventory across distribution centers and co packers.
Identify supply risks and lead mitigation plans.
Coordinate capacity, production schedules, and lead times with manufacturing partners.
Support new product launches and promotional activities with supply readiness.
