Summary of Job Duties:

The Supply Coordinator supports intraoperative quality and resource management, advises on operational improvements, cost containment, and supply utilization. Requires knowledge of supply chain and clinical experience, along with communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma plus 4 years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in inventory management and 2 years in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily rounds in OR and Nursing Areas to communicate with staff and update preference cards/supply needs.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Coordinators on preference cards and supplies.
  • Identify waste and over/under-used items post-surgery to reduce costs.
  • Work with Supply Chain to identify cost-effective materials and implement changes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and staff on new product trials and conversions.
  • Maintain records for reporting and system improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary:

Commensurate with education and experience.
