Job summary

Watco, a leading logistics and rail services provider, is hiring a Supply Clerk in Houston (14035 Industrial Rd). Starting pay range $20.00-$22.00 per hour, DOE. Schedule 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, weekdays with occasional weekends.

You will receive deliveries, check against orders, prepare transfer documents, monitor inventories, and restock items. You will help maintain accurate records and support the Facilities team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory and warehouse workflows.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel for data tracking.
• Ability to read safety rules, invoices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract and purchasing files for audits and forecasting.
• Supervise supplies on warehouse arrival.
• Prepare transfer documents and receipts; restock items.
• Organize warehouse to support distribution and weekly inventory.
• Set up reorder points and monitor stock levels.
• Process and file invoices in a timely manner; report activities to management.
• Operate trucks and forklifts as needed.
• Follow Watco Environmental Compliance Program.
