Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate the purchase of raw materials, tooling, and MRO items, supporting manufacturing and design-to-value initiatives.

You will collaborate with engineering, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing to reduce total delivered cost while maintaining quality and customer experience. The role emphasizes early design involvement for cost optimization, cost prioritization, and continuous improvement within the DTV group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data visualization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MRP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing and supply chain improvements to reduce costs and improve operations.
• Maintain accurate material master data and planning parameters for reliable MRP execution.
• Support supplier development, alternative sourcing, and supplier qualification.
• Monitor supplier performance with QA and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks related to lead times and external disruptions.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate supplier deliveries to support production.
• Analyze material demand and align purchasing with forecasts and schedules.
