RealTruck Inc. seeks an Advance Procurement Engineer to harmonize 3–5 year product roadmaps with supplier capabilities and external innovations. You will partner with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain leadership to shape supplier strategies and technology programs.

You will influence design decisions based on manufacturability, cost drivers, and readiness of emerging technologies, while leading early supplier involvement and co‑development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and 5–7 years in engineering, product development, supplier development, or advanced sourcing.
• Proven track record of introducing new technologies or strategic suppliers into product programs.
• Strong collaboration across R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze 3–5 year roadmaps to identify future component, material, and capability needs.
• Identify emerging suppliers, technologies, and manufacturing processes for future products.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of innovative suppliers for next‑gen products.
• Lead early supplier involvement and mitigate sourcing risks for future tech.
• Serve as procurement liaison within advanced engineering and R&D teams.
