Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Supply Chain Project Leader to drive cross-functional initiatives balancing cost, service and capacity. You will lead Lean/Kaizen events, collaborate with IT, develop ROI analyses and deploy end-to-end supply chain improvements across our network.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain (retail preferred) and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of direct experience in supply chain (preferably retail).
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain/Logistics preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience with continuous improvement practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional strategic supply chain initiatives focusing on balancing cost, service, and capacity across the network.
Analyze end-to-end processes, facilitate idea generation, develop improved processes, and implement changes.
Lead Lean / Kaizen events through Tractor Supply’s Tractor Value System.
Collaborate with IT to develop and prioritize supply chain initiatives and serve as a key business owner.
Lead data collection, financial analysis, recommendations, and ROI for supply chain projects.
Coordinate project plans and deployment of end-to-end supply chain technologies.
Aid in development of KPIs to monitor and measure strategic initiatives.
