Job summary

RealTruck is seeking an Order Management Specialist to monitor and manage purchase requirements for customers. You will coordinate with the supervisor to ensure efficient order processing and material releases, and initiate direct customer contact for sales support and order status inquiries.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer resources, handling portals, service levels, and scorecards, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product development to meet customer needs and drive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Kustomer, Five9, SharePoint) and databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers and understand their business needs.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and provide timely solutions including tax deferred profiles, claims, rebates, and warranty support.
• Manage open orders through fulfillment including releases, delivery issues, and disputes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and elevate critical issues.
• Analyze customer data to identify changing needs and opportunities for optimization.
• Forecast demand to ensure adequate inventory levels and enable upselling opportunities.
