RealTruck Inc. seeks a Manager of Material Control and Logistics to oversee material flow, planning, and execution both internally and externally. You will liaise with Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and S&OP to maximize resources while hitting inventory targets.

You will lead schedules, enforce supplier relationships, mentor a materials team, and report on production status with cost-saving initiatives. Minimal travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related or technical field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the material control and logistics with cross-functional teams.
• Develop optimal operational plans with constraints.
• Enforce supplier relationships for efficient flow of parts.
• Mentor and develop the plant’s materials organization.
• Prepare and maintain annual materials budgets.
