You will partner with IS&T and functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that align with long-term strategies and improve planning accuracy. The role requires leadership in large-scale ERP/WMS/TMS initiatives, strong data analysis skills, and experience shaping roadmaps while managing risks, budgets, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field and 6 years of experience.
• Experience optimizing global supply chain and planning processes in high-tech industries.
• Experience driving ERP, WMS, or TMS implementations.
• Leading business process re-engineering with project planning and budgets.
• Experience with Jira, Visio, SQL, and Tableau for validation and analysis.
• Collaborating with Supply Chain Planning and IT to drive optimization.
• Liaising between functional teams and IS&T to meet requirements.
• Using Oracle i2, SAP and data visualization tools to plan weekly/daily plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain planning optimization through process changes and data analysis.
• Coordinate IS&T and functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Define business processes and roadmaps to support long-term strategies.
• Lead project timelines, milestones, and risk management.
• Facilitate testing, rollout, training, and post-mortem activities.
• Provide updates on risks to management and leadership.
• Define KPIs and success measures for projects.
