Apple Inc. seeks a Program Manager (Solutions Architect) to lead the IS&T Ops Engineering team in Sunnyvale. You will shape next-gen supply chain planning platforms, partnering with planning teams to transform processes, data, and technology solutions.

The role emphasizes experience in demand and supply planning, solution design, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and program management skills are essential for driving KPI-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA desired.
• 8–10 years global supply chain management experience.
• Proven track record leading strategic programs and executing at tactical levels.
• Broad exposure to demand planning, supply planning, allocation, and collaboration with partners.
• Strong functional knowledge of planning and optimization tools with AI/ML methods.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for functional teams to define and deliver solution capabilities for SCP and optimization.
• Drive forecasting and allocation use cases using AI/ML techniques.
• Liaise between functional, technical and data science teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Define/manage business process and tech roadmaps to support long-term strategy.
• Manage roadmaps, scope, releases, and interface with development teams.
