Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1 year of experience in supply chain or related occupation.
• Experience with global economy, tariffs, and import/export restrictions.
• Ability to structure multilateral deals with stakeholders considering tradeoffs.
• Experience creating end-to-end contracts covering terms for new products, operations, supply continuity, IP ownership.
• Identify cost drivers and build-should-cost models for BOMs and manufacturing steps.
• Supply chain mapping and risk mitigation for future roadmaps.
• Incorporate sustainable principles into supply chain planning.
• Using ERP or other tools for forecasting, demand management, PO release.
• Address supply de-commitment or shortage and drive recovery.
• Use Keynote or PowerPoint to present recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Source, select, and qualify suppliers for components and materials used in Apple’s technology.
• Investigate alternate technologies to reduce cost and improve quality and reliability.
• Interface with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for strategic partnerships.
• Forecast demand and manage supply across business lines; resolve shortages.
• Lead cost-reduction efforts across the product development lifecycle.
• Present recommendations to leadership using data-driven insights.
